Yes — a one-time onboarding fee scaled by tier. Starter $500, Growth $1,000, Network $2,500 base + $500 per additional location. The onboarding fee covers the 14-day platform build, full agent configuration, your kickoff call, and 30-day post-launch support. Subscription is monthly thereafter. Onboarding is non-refundable; the work is delivered front-loaded so by Day 14 you have the full platform running.

Any independent operating unit — a separate physical shop, branch, regional team, or business line with its own P&L and management structure. If you have multiple brands or a franchise system, each unit counts as a location. Network pricing is scoped to your footprint, with volume discounts as you scale.

Yes — and we expect you will. Starter is designed as a proof tier: you run two agents (Sales & CRM and Finance) on your worst-running operations and watch them produce visible numbers in 30 to 60 days. Most customers move to Growth by day 60–90 once they've seen the lift. Migration is a 30-second swap — your data and configuration carry over, the additional 3 agents activate immediately. Growth to Network (when you open a second location) is the same — seamless.

No. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Annual prepay is available on Growth ($5,367/year, saves $597 vs monthly). Starter is monthly-only — annual prepay on a tier designed to graduate by day 90 doesn't make sense. Network annual billing exists but is negotiated per customer.

Network pricing has a base monthly subscription ($997+) and a per-location component (onboarding adds $500 per additional location). At 10+ locations we move to a custom volume quote. Get on a call and we'll size it exactly to your operation.

All tiers include integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks, and major CRMs out of the box. Growth adds custom Zapier and Make.com workflows. Network includes direct API integrations with your ERP, accounting platform, or proprietary systems.

A Command Agent + Virtual Assistant bundled into Growth and Network at no extra charge. The Command Agent is an AI chief-of-staff that delivers a daily brief, weekly review, and anomaly alerts — synthesizing what matters across all five agents so you know what to focus on today. The Virtual Assistant handles email triage, calendar management, on-demand Q&A about your business, and follow-up tracking. Both are 100% AI — no human VA on our side. Starter doesn't include the Command Pack because orchestrating two agents is marginal value — Command Pack scales with the number of agents being orchestrated.

Continuous Platform Investment. Core Command OS is actively developed. New features added to your existing tier are included at no additional cost. Occasionally, significant new capabilities that require substantial ongoing infrastructure may be released as optional premium upgrades — never replacing what you already have. Our commitment: your current subscription pricing is protected as long as you maintain continuous service · any tier-pricing change requires 60 days' written notice · premium upgrades are always opt-in, never automatic.
